the Bahia Belle Sternwheeler will be transformed
into the Polar Express on Mission Bay. A turn-of-the-century-style
sternwheeler will cruise all day on Christmas and the holiday
spirit will fill all those aboard. Cruise with Santa
and enjoy joyful music, entertainment, and sweet treats.
Warm your bellies with a Hot Chocolate and Spiced Cider.

Santa on Christmas day.
The Christmas Champagne
Brunch brings traditional favorites and holiday cheer
atop the Polynesian style, Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa.
Enjoy breathtaking views as guests select from Roast Diestel
Turkey, Cornmeal Crusted Sea Bass, and baked Penne Bolognese.
Each food station is designed to delight the taste buds.
Belgian Waffles, Cheese Blintz, Garlic Mash Potatoes, Orange
Pecan Sweet Potatoes, Crab Claws, Peel and Eat Shrimp and
Tellicherry Crusted Salmon with Tarragon Aioli. A delectable
exotic Salad Bar with Marinated Mushrooms, Grilled Artichokes,
Waldorf salad, Proscuitto and a Smoked Cheese and Creole
Mustard Dressing. For the Candy Cane Kids, a special Children's
buffet that offers favorites like Mac N Cheese, Tator Tots,
Pigs in a blanket, and Nuggets.

to the sweetness of Christmas-homemade Raspberry Bread Pudding,
Crème Brule, assorted fruit pies, and the flowing Chocolate
Fountain with all the fixings' whole fresh fruit and strawberries,
pound cake, and cream puffs. The Catamaran Champagne
Buffet is from 11:00 AM- 3:00PM at $42.95 for adults
and $20.95 for Children 5-11, children under 5 years eat
free.
The
Bahia Resort Hotel™ will celebrate Christmas
and toast the Holidays in festive style offering an elegant
champagne brunch buffet. Guests will enjoy the piano artistry
of John Cain and spectacular views overlooking Mission Bay
as they sample an array of traditional flavors and home
cooked favorites. The omelet and waffle station, bacon and
sausages accompany freshly carved items such as Roast Tom
Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Roasted Baron of Beef with
a port Wine Sauce. Herb Crusted Pork loin, grilled Mahi
Mahi bring yuletide cheer as they pair with Southern style
Sweet Potatoes and Sausage and Apple Stuffing. Fresh and
grilled vegetables create a delicious spread of exotic greens,
a Bow Tie Pasta salad with sundried tomatoes, roasted garlic
and mint and baked Brie with dried fruits and nuts. Enjoy
a traditional Waldorf salad with Grilled Artichokes and
wild Mushrooms with a sherry vinaigrette and a Naples Antipasto
Display of fine cheeses and roasted peppers. Delight your
favorite Christmas Elves at the Children's Buffet, catering
to familiar favorites Chicken Dinosaurs, Homemade Macaroni
