The William D. Evans

The year is 1946. The war is over & it’s time to celebrate, Brazilian style! Tonight you will meet several people during Carnaval, including: Orphio Carioca, the bartender extraordinaire who may have more on his mind than blending your favorite drink; Rita Sambina, a woman of great passion and perhaps a temper too? Roscoe Carnahan, a man with a past, good and bad - but never indifferent; Fritz Wright, the owner of this place and Nicole’s uncle. He likes to dress up and do crazy things at Carnaval; Cordelia Ranchera, the spoiled wife of a high-ranking government official who hates politics and her husband; and Riccardo (don’t call him Ricky) Ranchera, the powerful and vengeful politician.

Keep your eyes and ears open. Not everything is as it seems.
